At La Terraza, we offer flexible leasing options to suit your individual needs.

We are a pet friendly community. We accept two cats or two dogs maximum of 40 lbs. each ($450 pet deposit with $25 pet rent).

There is a $350 security deposit for the one bedroom terraza and $450 for the two and three bedroom homes.

Our Leasing Office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

In the interest of continuing improvement, the builder reserves the right to change floor plans, specifications, construction materials, features and price without prior notice.
